You know you are long overdue for a holiday when the idea of a weekend (with no specific idea planned) in Port Dickson excites the shit out of you.

Hahahahaha… I’m that pathetic huh?

I think I’m getting too complacent in this confined office space of mine. When I say confined, I really mean confined. Picture this. Lower Ground Floor (yes, the underground or dungeon as you may imagine), 2.5m x 4.5m room (yes, this small space is a room and mind you, I’m being very generous with the built up area), 4 walls (yes, with absolutely no windows whatsoever) and aircond shaft (yes, the extremely cold uncontrollable central air-conditioning kind). Oh yeah, did I mention that this building is centuries old (the kind where the architechtural design is so outdated and the maintenance is almost non-existance)?

Crazy huh?

Yup, I must be out of my mind. But nonetheless, I’m still here in this confined space of mine at 8pm trying to finish up what needs to be finished up.

Ok, work aside, let’s talk about this Port Dickson trip set this weekend. Nothing particularly extravaganza about it. Just me, my family and a few cousins. Actually, that’s about it. I haven’t planned for anything else. Just them people. I don’t even know what to do there. Perhaps I’ll bring my Taboo! set along. That should buy us some time, don’t you think?

There’s always food though. And the pool. And the sun. And tennis. And karaoke. And table-tennis. And the tv. And the sleeping.

Funny I haven’t mention the beach right? Yeah right, who am I kidding. What beach? Huh….

Basically, I’m looking forward for a good rest in PD.

Well, until Friday then. For now, let’s hit the gym.
